The bodice piece will get cut on the fold, with the fold being down the center. I cut the pattern into two pieces – a bodice piece and a sleeve piece. The only thing I should have done differently is to not cut the arm opening quite so low (I moved the bottom of the armhole up almost 2 inches on the pattern, so if you’re drafting your own you may want to print the pattern for reference).
